EDUCATION
We aim to provide the highest standard of dance and performance education for our students. While our goal is to provide the best training possible for our students to become great dancers, our biggest priority is to assist in the growth and development of our students as people. The lessons and values that students pick up at WSPA have the power to inform the rest of their lives, whether they pursue a career in the performing arts or not.
PASSION
We are passionate about everything we do. Whether it’s working with our kids, communicating with our families, or preparing for a performance or community event, we are invested because we are passionate. We put our heart and soul into what we do because we care. We care about our craft, our community, and the journey. This makes us better artists, educators and people.
COMMUNITY
WSPA is not just a school, it is a tightly knit community. We are a unique and special group, because each individual brings their own distinct perspective and experience to the school. Our common passion for the performing arts drives us forward together, and we accomplish our goals and celebrate our successes as a team. We support and respect one another, and we value the sense of identity and belonging within the WSPA family.
RELIABILITY
With decades of experience in the performing arts, we believe that there is always room for growth; There is always more to accomplish together as a team. We understand that we have a responsibility to ourselves, our craft, and our community; no matter to what degree of success we achieve. We recognize our place within the world around us, and we are aware of our responsibilities to each other and our greater communities.
